Kelli Brown

Kelli Brown is a proud native Washingtonian with deep family roots in North and South Carolina and nearly 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and community engagement. She began her career at the Fox News Channel in New York, where she gained valuable experience before dedicating her professional life to improving outcomes for young people, particularly African American students, through impactful work with nonprofits and school systems. Kelli currently serves as the Operations Director for LK Brown Properties, a family-owned real estate business with more than 15 properties across four states, founded over 30 years ago by her parents. In addition, she serves as Board President of Bright Kids Uganda USA, an organization supporting vulnerable children in Uganda, including street children, HIV/AIDS orphans, and displaced youth, helping provide them with the resources and opportunities needed to thrive and positively impact their communities.

With a background in instructional leadership and change management, I am dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments and building equitable structures that support all students.

An IRS Enrolled Agent, Certified Tax Coach, and Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, she brings extensive expertise in tax planning, compliance, and financial strategy. She also serves as Managing Partner at Goode Solutions Group, a government contracting and consulting firm delivering strategic and operational support across public and private sector clients. In addition, Krystal is a Project Manager at the National Education Association (NEA), where she leads large-scale initiatives supporting the NEA Representative Assembly, the largest deliberative democratic body in the world. Her professional background also includes consulting at Deloitte, where she supported federal agencies including the Department of State, IRS, and Department of the Navy on complex systems integration and software implementation projects. Deeply committed to educational equity, leadership development, and community impact, Krystal mentors high school students through Junior Achievement, helping cultivate entrepreneurial thinking and business innovation.
I am a seasoned operations and project management professional with more than 18 years of experience leading organizational growth, community engagement, and strategic initiatives across diverse sectors. Recognized for expertise in partner relations, Scrum methodology, program development, servant leadership, and operational efficiency, I have consistently exceeded performance goals by driving impactful solutions with minimal challenges. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Living and Growing, I lead the development and expansion of education, behavioral, and community engagement programs while overseeing social-emotional training initiatives for local schools. In this role, I cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure programs effectively support organizational objectives. Tiffany Wilson
Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, Chief Operations Officer
Tiffany D. Wilson is the Chief Operations Officer at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where she leads enterprise operations across a multi-campus network serving nearly 12,500 students, overseeing enrollment, attendance, facilities, IT, compliance, and governance to drive system-wide performance and organizational effectiveness. She is also the founder of 3DW Consulting, partnering with leaders and organizations on executive leadership coaching, compliance strategy, and operational transformation. Tiffany began her career as a 2002 Teach For America corps member in Washington, D.C., teaching for three years before practicing corporate law and later returning to education as an Assistant Principal of Operations at a public charter school in Southeast D.C., where she built sustainable operational systems spanning finance, facilities, compliance, human resources, and data management, helping the school earn its first Tier 1 rating on the D.C. School Quality Report. A first-generation college graduate with more than 24 years of experience across education, law, and executive leadership, Tiffany is recognized for helping leaders strengthen systems, navigate complexity, and build organizations grounded in accountability, clarity, and lasting impact.
