She began her career at the Fox News Channel in New York, where she gained valuable experience before dedicating her professional life to improving outcomes for young people, particularly African American students, through impactful work with nonprofits and school systems. Kelli currently serves as the Operations Director for LK Brown Properties, a family-owned real estate business with more than 15 properties across four states, founded over 30 years ago by her parents. In addition, she serves as Board President of Bright Kids Uganda USA, an organization supporting vulnerable children in Uganda, including street children, HIV/AIDS orphans, and displaced youth, helping provide them with the resources and opportunities needed to thrive and positively impact their communities.

Tiffany D.
